In 2012 the Board of Directors of the Polonus Polish Philatelic Society decided to donate the Polonus library to the American Philatelic Research Library (APRL), located at the headquarters of the American Philatelic Society in Bellefonte, PA. All of the material from the Polonus library that has been received by the APRL to date has been processed, entered into the Philatelic Union Catalog (PUC), which is the online listing of the APRL’s holdings and is on the shelves of the library, ready to be used. The information provided herein consists of the following:

  • PUC How to Use - Directions for using the Philatelic Union Catalog (website: www.catalog.stamplibrary.org)
  • APRL How to Use - Instructions for obtaining material from the Library by mail (website: www.stamplibrary.org and click on the entry “Library Services - American Philatelic Society”)
  • Polonus Bibliography - A listing of the Polonus library materials now located in the APRL
