As a regular feature of our newsletter, Dr. James Mazepa will write up some of his infamous finds while shopping online.    The bottom line is “buyer beware” especially when it comes to buying potentially rare items online.  Recently, Jim came across a block of 42 Poland #1s for the price of $13.00 post paid!   He notes that the stamps were a good copy with the exception of the perforations and the paper easily fooling the untrained eye of a buyer.   He also found these forged stamps on a cover this tied by fake rare Watsaw six squares cancellation.
